Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Danielle served as Operations and Planning Manager for Agilon Health, where she oversaw daily operations of a full-risk quality payment partnership.  In that role, she guided hospital and multi-specialty organizations through the stand-up of various clinical programs, quality initiatives, and process improvement projects.

Before Agilon, Danielle served as Program Manager of Value Based Health for the University of Toledo Physicians, a 300+ multi-specialty teaching practice affiliated with two urban teaching hospitals.  In that role, she implemented and managed the Ohio Care Innovation and Community Improvement Program and developed clinical programs like an Alternative Pain Rehabilitation Center.

Throughout her career, Danielle has worked in small and large healthcare settings, working her way up from a Claims Resolution Specialist to data analyst to the executive ranks of leadership.  Her personal experience includes practice management, healthcare quality programs, contracts and legislation, and healthcare advocacy.
