Dana Hand will lead the company’s Human Resources organization, shaping and executing a forward-thinking Human Capital strategy. She is dedicated to driving organizational success through innovative people strategies focused on talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational design. With a strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills, Dana ensures HR initiatives align seamlessly with business goals, fostering high-performing teams and guiding the company through continued growth and success.
Dana brings over 20 years of diverse experience spanning the culinary, banking, legal, and healthcare industries. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, she spent time at PANTHERx rare pharmacy as CHRO with strong focus on talent acquisition, HR optimization to align with business needs and leadership development. Prior, she spent more than a decade at CityMD (now VillageMD), where she spearheaded HR initiatives and refined her expertise in recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement.

A Long Island native, Dana still calls it home, where she lives with her husband, two sons, and their puppy, Harley. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her sons at their sporting events, exploring new restaurants, and discovering new cities.
