Andrea is a social scientist and analytics expert with a passion for promoting patient-centered, high-quality care. Andrea came to Sellers Dorsey from Mass General Brigham (MGB) Healthcare, where she worked as the Director of Business Analytics. She led the enterprise clinical performance framework for the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO), including domains of access, quality, safety, patient experience community health, credentialing, and provider well-being. She developed analytic products to improve outcomes across 12 hospitals in the MGB system, provided senior-level analytic decision making and performance evaluation leadership, and managed and mentored a large team of managers, analysts, data visualization developers, and project management consultants. Before joining MGB, she was the Senior Director for Quality Performance Management at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she transformed the quality reporting infrastructure, design, and usability by developing a suite of self-service, interactive quality and safety reports; maximized hospital performance on key quality indicators; and authored the Annual Report on Equity in Healthcare Quality and co-led ongoing disparity improvement efforts.

Richard Queen serves as Chief Technology Officer at Sellers Dorsey, where he leads the firm’s technology strategy, data architecture, and platform innovation efforts that help healthcare organizations achieve measurable operational and financial outcomes. With more than 25 years in technology and automation and over 15 years in healthcare, Richard brings a rare blend of executive, financial, and technical expertise to the evolving challenges of value-based care.

Olivia Brown is experienced in policy design and analysis and strives to translate policy and programmatic goals into measurable impacts for individuals and communities. Through her previous work with two nonprofits, the Texas Suicide Prevention Collaborative and A Glimmer of Hope, Olivia honed her skills in qualitative and quantitative research, designing and implementing evaluation frameworks to measure efficacy and foster transparency. This experience solidified her passion for child and maternal health policy and programming, which brought her to Sellers Dorsey, where she could further her interest in Medicaid and child welfare.

Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Suzanne served as the Medicaid Director for Nevada, including during the COVID-19 public health emergency. While at Nevada Medicaid, she assisted with the development and implementation of program enhancements to improve healthcare access and affordability, including Nevada’s public option and eligibility expansions to improve maternal and child health outcomes. She also developed new managed care requirements to support health-related social needs in the state’s re-procurement of its managed care contracts. Suzanne also worked as an assistant Medicaid Director in Arkansas, overseeing the state’s innovative private option Medicaid expansion program, as well as working to support home and community-based services. Additionally, Suzanne has worked in health policy research, for a state hospital association, and at an academic medical center.
