Randie DeHerrera joined Sellers Dorsey after gaining years of experience in rate setting, claims analysis and financial management and implementation while working within Colorado Department of Health Care Policy Financing (HCPF). In her most recent position at HCPF prior to joining the firm, Randie oversaw rate setting, fiscal impact analysis, contract drafting and pricing, systems configuration and design, financial regulatory compliance, and payment reform analysis for Medicaid TXIX, waivers, and home and community-based services (HCBS) representing approximately $4 billion of the organization’s annual budget.
