Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Ogechukwu (Oge) built a diverse background in public service, healthcare, and research. At the New Jersey Department of Labor, she served as a Field Investigator, ensuring compliance with labor laws through audits of payroll records.
She also supported process improvement, patient safety, and satisfaction initiatives as an Administrative Resident at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. Additionally, Oge has held research and technical roles at institutions like Weill Cornell Medicine, La Clínica de San José in Peru, and Genesis Biotechnology Group.
Oge works on Medicaid financing initiatives nationwide, with a particular focus on Graduate Medical Education (GME). She brings expertise in research and analysis, developed through roles at research centers and laboratories, to provide valuable project management and analytical support on client engagements.
Previously, Oge contributed to the New Jersey State-Based Practice before expanding her work to other states, including Nevada and Oklahoma. As a project manager, she ensures the successful delivery of client milestones and key deliverables with efficiency and precision.
In addition to her client work, Oge served as Culture Coordinator for the firm’s Culture Crew, an employee-driven group dedicated to fostering engagement, upholding core values, and enhancing the employee experience at Sellers Dorsey.
