Kurt is a proposal veteran who has worked on hundreds of federal, state, and commercial proposals in his career, many of which were in the healthcare field. He is experienced in establishing proposal processes and documentation as well as mentoring and training. In addition to his experience, his expertise is drawn from his certification as a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). Kurt worked for IBM for 27 years before moving to Keystone Peer Review Organization (KEPRO) where he served as their very first Proposal Manager and created a formal proposal process and documentation. Among his successes is a winning proposal to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) worth $136 million.
Kurt Runco oversees the proposal management process at Sellers Dorsey. He is an experienced professional responsible for coordinating and implementing the proposal management for the firm. Kurt works directly with the Sales team in drafting, editing, and finalizing proposals.
