Regional Vice President, Client Servicing

Kerstin joined Sellers Dorsey with a wide breadth of experience in both the public and private sectors. In her work with the New Jersey Governor’s Office, Kerstin helped advance the Governor’s policy initiatives working with state departments and agencies on matters including labor and workforce development, energy and the environment, and state/federal issues. Kerstin’s prior experience also includes Director of Corporate Compliance at a state agency, responsible for ensuring compliance with requirements for expenditure of federal grants, and an associate counsel at an AM Law 200 firm.


Current Responsibility

As Regional Vice President for the Central Region, Kerstin leads client success, growth, and financial performance. She manages client initiatives from design to implementation, collaborating with academic medical centers, physician practice plans, and hospitals to create sustainable solutions. Kerstin has been instrumental in developing programs like the Kentucky University Directed Payment Program and the Tennessee Academic Affiliate UPL Program, and played a key role in Sellers Dorsey’s COVID-19 response efforts.

Kerstin manages client initiatives from design to delivery and implementation, working with clients and fellow project team members on an array of initiatives in Medicaid financing, Medicaid managed care, business development, and provider policy and reimbursement. She offers expert knowledge with New Jersey’s political landscape having recently served as a Senior Policy Advisor with the State Governor’s Office.
