Eric Paulukonis
Regional Director, Business Operations
Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Eric provided and oversaw public health services, operations support, and leadership in various positions in both community engagement and clinical care service management. Through those roles, he created and oversaw health programs, authored grant applications, and managed the staff, service delivery, and data for a wide range of city, state, and federally funded contracts, which spanned over two facilities, a mobile health clinic, and a multitude of community sites. While working closely with a variety of community groups, health organizations, city health governance leadership, state health governance leadership, and federal health governance leadership, he increased organizational capacity to expand the positive impact on the lives served.
Current Responsibility
With a strong background in health care and program management, Eric works with clients on various Medicaid finance engagements to help them achieve meaningful results. Working with project directors and subject matter experts, he tracks ongoing initiatives, ensures client satisfaction, and helps identify new business activities.
