A healthcare executive and experienced Medicaid administrator, Elbony came to Sellers Dorsey from Atena, a CVS Health Company, where she served as the Lead Director of Medicare Operations, leading strategy development, strategy implementation, and day-to-day operations for Medicare operations across Ohio and Kentucky, including Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plans, Medicare Only Plans, Dual Special Needs plans, and others. Each year she and her team successfully implemented a go-to-market strategy that included competitive products and effective sales and retention strategy. Before Aetna, Elbony was an administrator with the Ohio Department of Medicaid, responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for Managed Care Compliance and Operations. She was responsible for contract management and compliance, managed long-term services and supports, provider network and operations, managed care data management, and external business relations.
