Crystin Liboma

Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Crystin served as the Manager of Quality and Practice Transformation at Nemours’ Children’s Health. There, she oversaw the transition to a value-based care model, including overseeing vaccine administration improvement, creation of analytical performance dashboards for Medicaid and private payers, and increasing patient access. Before that, she served as an Improvement Consultant at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she was responsible for project management and change management.


Current Responsibility

As a Senior Consultant, Crystin provides subject matter expertise to project teams ensuring the timely and effective delivery of consulting services with a focus on Medicaid access and quality improvement. Crystin leverages her expertise and knowledge to provide objective advice, value, and successful results for our clients to assist them in establishing healthcare quality improvement strategies to achieve their access and quality goals and objectives.
