Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Connor served as the Senior Engagement Manager for Benefits Data Trust. There, he managed BenePhilly, a direct service program that helps Philadelphians access safety net programs such as enrolling over 15,000 households in programs like Medicaid and Snap. In this work, Connor launched new partnerships with the School District of Philadelphia, Penn Medicine, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Furthermore, he led engagements with the City of Philadelphia, healthcare providers, and other partners, including representing the organization in statewide efforts to improve access to public benefits.
Current Responsibility
As an Associate Director within the firm’s National Medicaid Finance practice, Connor leads client engagements and oversees implementation of directed payment projects with safety net hospitals and academic medical centers. He is focused on patient impact, clear communication, and openness to help drive the mission to improve healthcare quality and access.
