Caroline is an expert in training and instructional design with over ten years of experience designing and developing high-quality and innovative learning materials. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Caroline served as the Senior Instructional Designer for Dashe & Thomson. There, she oversaw instructional design teams, developed content, and created instructional materials in collaboration with subject matter experts and company stake holders. Prior to that, Caroline also worked as a Technical Trainer for Cigna Health Group, where she developed training materials for trainers and standardized training across the corporation.
