Cannae is a visionary leader with more than 16 years of healthcare strategic planning, project management, and operations experience. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Cannae served as Director of School Operations for Mastery Charter Schools in Philadelphia where she provided strategic direction of school operations for 24 schools with more than 1,500 staff members and 14,000 students across the Philadelphia, PA and Camden, NJ regions. There, she helped create and implement standard operating procedures for school health, transportation, and safety. Prior to Mastery, Cannae served as Project and Operations Manager for Community Behavioral Health, Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability (DBHID).
As Director of Corporate Planning and Operations, Cannae develops and leads the firm’s annual corporate business planning process, helping drive the execution of Sellers Dorsey’s corporate strategic plan. Additionally, she drives cross-functional collaboration with a focus on synergy, efficiency, and productivity. Working across the firm, Cannae develops, implements, revises, or decommissions business processes to increase effectiveness to better meet the needs of various teams and clients, while managing and mitigating risk. Cannae plays a pivotal role in channeling the Firm’s technical capabilities to make a positive impact on improving the lives of people and communities across the U.S.
