Current Responsibility

Jennifer Stratton is a versatile and strategic healthcare professional who uses her diverse skill set to guide and manage projects, research, communications, and analysis for Sellers Dorsey clients and team members. Based in Pennsylvania, Jennifer is based both in the firm’s Harrisburg operation and the Philadelphia headquarters, enabling her to make contributions in a variety of ways.

Experience

Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Jennifer was the Administrator for Grane Hospice Care in Harrisburg, PA. In this role, Jennifer led the agency in its planning, development and administration of the organization. She directed day-to-day patient care and business operations and supervised the company’s staff members. Before taking on the role of Administrator, Jennifer was also the Regional Director of Business Development and Market Development. She led the management of the agency’s policies and procedures, budgeting, and regulatory compliance and was responsible for streamlining operations and improving organizational efficiency.

Prior to her work with Grane Hospice Care, Jennifer was the Regional Director of Girl Scouts in the Heart of PA. She was responsible for managing and implementing operational plans in numerous counties within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She also trained and supervised staff to ensure uniform delivery of the leadership program. Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked as a Management Policy Analyst with the Commonwealth, evaluating and assessing legislation and policies and creating recommendations to improve program management and processes.
