Jason brings a strong background in New Jersey Medicaid to the firm. Previously, Jason served as the Director of Managed Care Operations at the New Jersey Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services (DMAHS). In this role, he was responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating organizational and administrative methods and management operations within the NJ DHS. He wrote and revised contract language to comply with federal and state laws and regulations. He also served as a subject matter expert on management operations of New Jersey Medicaid Managed Care Contractors. Before this role, Jason was a Human Resource Consultant with the New Jersey Civil Service Commission. He reviewed statutes, legislation, and regulations related to State and local government. Further, he reviewed, revised, and created all aspects of State and local government job specifications. Jason also completed a 10-month leadership course related to Medicaid and New Jersey Medicaid Operations in 2018.
