Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Tyler was a writer and researcher focused on Medicaid payment reform with PolicyLab at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, a research lab focused on child health policies. Previously, he served as a Senior Budget Analyst at New York City Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget, where he helped develop the budget for the City’s public hospital system and structure the public hospital system’s supplemental payment strategy. Tyler has worked or volunteered on over a dozen political campaigns and is currently an elected Committee Person in Philadelphia’s 18th ward.
