Angela has over 17 years of experience in program and project management and brings a breadth of knowledge about health care administration and operations to the firm. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Angela was a Senior Project Manager, Value-Based Care, at Acclaim Physician Group. In this role, she worked on patient-centered quality programs and analyzed project performance. Angela also worked as the Statewide Director of Quality Enhancement at Maryland Department of Health, where she served as a quality subject matter expert for the Development Disabilities Administration (DDA). Notably, she designed, implemented, and evaluated quality enhancement and established qualitative models for use across the DDA system. Angela has held roles at multiple public health departments and state entities, as well as health systems, hospitals, and universities.
