Sellers Dorsey is excited to welcome Stephanie Lee as our new Director of Consulting Operations. Stephanie is an experienced and dedicated consulting professional, with more than 15 years of experience providing project management, consulting, work-flow optimization, and process improvement services.  

Stephanie joins the firm from Unite US, where she served as Associate Director, Implementation Operations, leading scaling and process improvement project to optimize workflows and improve delivery timelines, developing standardized playbooks, and monitoring and analyzing data on key performance indicators to drive consistency, efficiency, and accountability.  

Stephanie’s work and achievements span the globe; while at Mass General Brigham Global Advisory, she oversaw multimillion-dollar international healthcare projects, including a 4-year effort to establish China’s first foreign-funded tertiary general hospital.
