Stephanie is a consulting leader with more than 15 years of experience in consulting, process improvement, healthcare programs, and project management. She joined Sellers Dorsey from Unite US, where she served as Associate Director, Implementation Operations. There, she led scaling and process improvement project to optimize workflows and improve delivery timelines, developed standardized playbooks, and monitored and analyzed data on key performance indicators to drive consistency, efficiency and accountability. At Mass General Brigham Global Advisory, she led multimillion-dollar global healthcare projects, coordinating logistics and workflows across a wide range of stakeholders on a variety of projects, including a 4-year program to develop the first foreign-funded tertiary general hospital in China.
