Sellers Dorsey is pleased to welcome Sara Lujan as Senior Director of Human Resources. Sara brings deep expertise in human resources leadership, specifically for healthcare-related organizations. She has a proven track record of partnering with executive teams to drive organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce transformation.

Sara joins Sellers Dorsey from Cencora, where she served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting both technical and commercial functions. In this role, she led initiatives that enhanced employee engagement, improved retention, and supported business performance, while helping to scale global teams in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Earlier in her career at Dudnyk (now Avalere Health), Sara progressed through multiple human resources leadership roles. She was instrumental in modernizing human resources operations and guiding organizations through periods of growth, integration, and transformation. There, she helped teams adapt to change while maintaining a strong focus on culture and performance.
