Sellers Dorsey is pleased to welcome Jason Turi, DrPH, MPH, RN, as Senior Director of Healthcare Quality and Client Success. Jason brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare delivery, population health management, and clinical operations, with deep expertise in delivery system reform, value-based care, and strategy development. In his new role, he will lead efforts to expand the Firm’s client success function and advance population health growth strategies, working closely with advisory and analytics teams to help clients realize sustained, measurable value from Sellers Dorsey’s specialized platforms and consulting services. 

Jason joins Sellers Dorsey from Gaudenzia, where he served as Regional Director of Nursing and Integrated Health Services. In that role, he led regional clinical operations and strategic planning across seven addiction treatment facilities, helping to integrate nursing, behavioral health, primary care, and community-based services to strengthen care delivery for medically and socially complex populations. He also advanced quality improvement initiatives, supported frontline clinical practice, and helped sustain uninterrupted organizational accreditation. 

Prior to Gaudenzia, Jason served as Director at the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers’ National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs, where he led national clinical technical assistance and implementation support for organizations developing and scaling complex care models. His background also includes leadership roles at Centerstone and NYC Health + Hospitals, where he advanced Medicaid strategy, integrated care delivery, and cross-sector collaboration in complex healthcare environments, further strengthening his ability to help clients navigate today’s evolving healthcare landscape. 

Jason is known for building trusted partnerships that turn complex strategies into meaningful results. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to practical, client-centered solutions have helped organizations achieve sustainable improvements across quality, care delivery, and system transformation.
