Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Jason served as Regional Director of Nursing and Integrated Health Services at Gaudenzia, where he led strategic planning and integrated clinical operations across seven regional facilities serving medically and socially complex populations. He focused on aligning nursing, behavioral health, addiction, primary care, and community-based services, while also directing workforce development and performance improvement initiatives to strengthen quality and regulatory compliance.

Previously, he was Director of the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs at the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers, where he led national technical assistance and implementation support for organizations designing and scaling complex care models. His work spans Medicaid optimization, population health strategy, and value-based care, including contributions to a hotspotting randomized controlled trial with MIT Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab and oversight of a New York State–designated Lead Health Home Network for NYC Health + Hospitals serving more than 20,000 individuals.
