Massachusetts 1115 Waiver Amendment Summary

The latest MassHealth Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Plan (CHIP) Section 1115 waiver demonstration is currently approved through December 31, 2027, and has been central to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ goals of achieving universal healthcare coverage.
