Taylor Phillips

Consultant

An experienced healthcare researcher, Taylor joined Sellers Dorsey from ECRI where she worked as a Research Analyst. There, she led the long COVID II project as project manager, authored several chapters in the Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs and Department of Defense. At ECRI, she contributed to projects that align closely with the priorities of Medicaid organizations, including systematic reviews and data analyses to inform evidence-based healthcare policies and collaborated with stakeholders to synthesize data to develop actionable insights. Prior to ECRI, Taylor worked with the University of Chicago as a research specialist, serving as a subject matter expert on Medicaid and Medicare.

Current Responsibility

As a Consultant, Taylor helps our clients navigate and optimize Medicaid programs by providing strategic consulting and policy analysis and program implementation support.
