Ronni Burkhart has spent nearly 20 years of her career working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In her most recent role, she served as Assistant Executive Director for the PA House Democratic Appropriations Committee, where she researched, analyzed, and developed complex budget and policy strategies related to the Departments of Aging, Drug and Alcohol Programs, Health, Insurance, and Human Services. Prior, she spent seven years in various roles within the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. She has consulted on numerous Medicaid financing projects, Medicaid policy changes, coverage expansions, delivery system enhancements, and federal compliance.
