An experienced policy analyst, Rebekah joined Sellers Dorsey from OCHIN where she monitored state-level legislation across the county, with a focus on health policy, artificial intelligence, health IT, Medicaid, privacy, and cybersecurity. In addition, she supported legislative advocacy campaigns, developed policy analyses, and developed subject matter expertise in healthcare AI legislation and cybersecurity in healthcare. Here experience also includes working as a State Policy and Advocacy Manager for Susan G Komen, leading legislative advocacy campaigns in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware to support breast cancer initiatives. She also has experience as a policy advocate for improved intellectual disability services and a curriculum developer.
