An accomplished CPA, Predrag came to Sellers Dorsey from Cantaloupe, Inc., where he served as the Accounting Manager. At Cantaloupe Inc., his primary responsibilities included managing month-end close processes, ensuring SOX compliance, and overseeing daily accounting operations such as cash management and fixed asset subledger maintenance with a focus on software development capitalization. He also led the implementation of ASC 842 lease accounting, supported international expansion efforts in EMEA and LATAM, and collaborated with cross-functional teams — like Finance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support—to streamline processes and enhance financial reporting accuracy.

Current Responsibility

As Accounting Director, Predrag oversees accounting operations, ensures GAAP compliance, and prepares and analyzes the firm’s financial statements. He develops and implements internal accounting policies, manages payroll processing, coordinates audits, and collaborates with all departments on budgeting and financial planning.
