Most recently, Kelsey served as an Office Coordinator at Klauer Optical in Iowa, where she managed insurance verification for patients, scheduled appointments, and trained new hires. Before her time at Klauer Optical, Kelsey was an Assistant Manager at America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, where she was responsible for increasing sales, managing a team of five, and resolving customer issues.
