Associate Engagement Director, Healthcare Finance
Jennifer joined Sellers Dorsey from the Ohio Department of Medicaid, where she worked for more than a decade, rising from Hospital Services Administrator to Bureau Chief of the OhioRISE Program Operations and Policy. She planned, directed, and coordinated activities for the OhioRISE program, providing complex policy guidance and analytical and strategic planning support for child health policy projects to all levels of senior management within the Department of Medicaid. She has led cross-agency policy development, led multiple initiatives to drive improvements in Ohio Medicaid, and successfully led implementation of the outpatient hospital behavioral health services benefit.
Current Responsibility
As an Associate Engagement Director for Medicaid Finance within the Firm’s Ohio state-based practice, Jennifer manages our client engagements in the state focused on Medicaid strategy and financing, managed care, and provider policy and reimbursement. She works directly with our clients, providing them with advice and expertise to deliver excellent healthcare consulting services to improve healthcare quality, access, and outcomes.
