An experienced public health professional, Janeille has spent the past 15 years working for the state of Maryland in fields including Long Term Services & Supports, Child Welfare, Eligibility, Pharmacy Services, and Family Advocacy. She has led cross-functional groups to implement policy reform and federal initiatives, conducted internal audits, and led four state Medicaid teams through federal audits and corrective action plans.

Current Responsibility

As a Senior Consultant, Janeille supports the firm’s clients through research, objective advice, and expertise in Medicaid financing and healthcare policy, driving policy implementation to improve healthcare quality and access for Medicaid beneficiaries. The firm’s clients should expect clear and forthright communication from Janeille, who is dedicated to fully comprehending the client’s perspective to fulfill their objectives and meet their goals.
