He joined the firm following its acquisition of DignifiHealth, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. In that role, he developed and managed all administrative and product delivery activities, along with go-to-market sales, helping scale DignifiHealth’s technology platform to increase value-based care performance for providers across a national footprint.

Throughout his career, James has bridged enterprise discipline with startup grit, delivering results in both high-growth ventures and Fortune 500 environments. Before DignifiHealth, he held leadership roles at Artivest (acquired by iCapital) and Raymond James, where he led initiatives focused on digital innovation, operational efficiency, and strategic market expansion. He began his career in commercial real estate and economic development consulting, supporting municipal and private-sector clients through data-driven analysis and capital planning. His work included the development of a nationally recognized foreclosure analysis platform and contributions to federal policy discussions on neighborhood stabilization and property tax impacts.
