An experienced executive and leader, Brenda joined Sellers Dorsey from the consulting firm Inspiring Company Culture, which she founded and where she served as President. She led strategic consulting engagements across healthcare, SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, nonprofits, and public institutions to drive operational excellence growth, and transformation. She specializes in building scalable business models, improving cross-functional processes and creating actionable roadmaps to accelerate impact. She has supported healthcare clients for more than 20 years in strategic planning, financial modeling, process improvement, digital transformation, and change management. Her previous experience also includes serving as the Vice President for Management and Performance Consulting for Leidos Health, where she led the development and delivery of client-centric solutions for hospitals.
