Sellers Dorsey is happy to welcome Tyneisha Jabbar-Bey as Director on the Firm’s National Medicaid Finance team. Tyneisha brings extensive experience in Medicaid policy and finance to support Sellers Dorsey’s mission to improve healthcare quality and access.

Tyneisha comes to Sellers Dorsey from the Delaware Department of Justice and Delaware Medicaid, where she served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief of Financial Management, respectively. In these roles, she spearheaded financial assessments and ensured financial compliance and budget optimization across multiple programs within the State. She also implemented employee evaluation programs to support strategic goals and organizational objectives. Tyneisha provided oversight to  the State’s Medicaid program, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and enhancing data collection and integrity.

Tyneisha will leverage her knowledge of Medicaid policy and her financial expertise to assist the Firm’s clients in overcoming their most mission-critical challenges. She is excited to support the Firm’s efforts in several key areas, including Medicaid financing, state and federal Medicaid reimbursement policy, and value-based payments.
