Sellers Dorsey is excited to welcome Rachel Marsh, JD, MSW, as an Associate Director for our Child and Family Well-Being team.

An attorney and social worker with more than 24 years of experience serving children and families, Rachel joins Sellers Dorsey from the Children’s Alliance of Kansas where she served as Chief Executive Officer working to transform child and family wellbeing systems in Kansas. Under her leadership, the organization worked to secure investment in workforce retention, secure funding to build therapeutic foster care network, and improve supports for foster youth aging out of care. Her previous experience includes roles across the continuum of care in child welfare, mental health, and legal services in multiple states and as a research fellow in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Rachel combines practical experience in the field working with children and their families with years of policy advocacy and will bring her experience to help guide the Child and Family Well-Being team as Sellers Dorsey expands its consulting and client services in this key field. She will provide strategic guidance, leadership, and expertise to support the firm’s mission of improving healthcare quality and access.
