Grier has a strong track record in product strategy and state government experience having worked as Vice President at Gainwell Technologies and Health Management Systems where she led Product Strategy and Development, State Government Solutions, and Organizational Transformation.

In these roles, she connected client needs with company capabilities, successfully solving challenges to benefit clients and the communities they serve. Working in these roles for over 20 years, she developed an in-depth and working understanding of the Medicaid and healthcare space, leading teams that served clients’ cost containment programs to create financial stability for various Medicaid programs.

“I am thrilled to join Sellers Dorsey given their focus on strengthening Medicaid for families and individuals that rely on this critical program. The Firm’s mission and incredible reputation in healthcare make Sellers Dorsey a perfect destination in my professional journey,” says Grier.

Deborah will lead the Firm’s efforts to bring new and innovative products to its clients to help them improve health outcomes for the communities they serve. Developing strategic partnerships with other mission-driven organizations dedicated to improving healthcare quality and access, her role is crucial to the Firm making a positive impact on Medicaid beneficiaries and underserved populations.

“As an innovative leader in healthcare, Deborah’s deep expertise and experience in developing creative solutions for clients will be an invaluable asset to the Firm,” says Martin Sellers, Founder and CEO of Sellers Dorsey. “Our team is excited to partner with her and our clients to continue delivering results.”
