On November 13, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published the Medicaid Program; Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Managed Care Final Rule in the Federal Register. CMS published the proposed rule, which includes significant revisions to its managed care regulations on November 14, 2018 (83 FR 57264).
