RaShawna comes to Sellers Dorsey from the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, where she served as a Policy & Enforcement Manager and a Policy Implementation Coordinator. In these roles, she managed the COVID-19 Policy program for the department, designing and implementing regulations and program policies to ensure the health and safety of city residents throughout the pandemic. She provided advice and outreach to business owners to support compliance with COVID-19 mandates and cultivated partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support the city’s COVID-19 response.

As a Consultant within the Firm’s Pennsylvania practice, RaShawna provides comprehensive direct client consulting services, supporting the Managing Director, Directors, and Senior Consultants to deliver effective and timely services for the Firm’s clients.Education
