Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Orriel served as Head of Policy and Advocacy for Morgan Health at JPMorgan Chase, where she developed cross-functional policy and partnership strategies to advance affordability, quality, and equity in employer-sponsored insurance. She has extensive federal policy experience, previously serving as Health Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means, focusing on Medicare Advantage, health IT, program integrity, and rural and underserved communities, and earlier as a Health Insurance Specialist at the CMS Innovation Center. Orriel is recognized for translating complex law and policy into strategies that drive innovation and business growth, including launching a bipartisan health equity task force and advancing Medicare payment for community-based social needs interventions.
