Meagan is an experienced, certified project manager and former educational professional who serves as Associate Director, Operations & Delivery. In her role, she leads end-to-end project execution and operational delivery, overseeing timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful outcomes. Meagan is highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk and dependency management, process optimization, and maintaining clear, scalable project governance across complex initiatives.
Current Responsibility
Within Sellers Dorsey, Meagan continues to provide project management support for the HealthDataViz, a Sellers Dorsey Brand, team. She leverages her professionalism, reliability, responsiveness, and transparency to help our client servicing teams deliver on the Firm’s mission to improve quality and access to care for Medicaid beneficiaries.
