Jeffery is an experienced health policy professional, who joined Sellers Dorsey after 5 years with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. He served in a variety of roles with that agency, including as a Research and Statistics Consultant, Regulatory Analyst, and Financial Administrator. He oversaw and administered multiple Medicaid supplemental payments programs, state directed payment programs, and graduate medical education programs throughout the state. He has experience in fee and rate setting, fiscal impact analysis, and reimbursement methodology development. In 2021 he completed a Ph.D. at Florida State University in Political Science and Government, focusing on Public Policy and Political Economy.
