Donna previously served as an SME Engagement Consultant with Decimal Health, where she provided leadership in developing remote patient‑monitoring solutions and brought deep operational expertise across the client‑engagement and implementation lifecycle. She also worked as a fractional COO for The Wild School, optimizing internal processes to support scalable, metrics‑driven growth and creating the engagement lifecycle for a large-scale RTM program.
