A passionate learner and educator, Tory joined Sellers Dorsey from Employbridge, where he worked as a Learning Experience Designer, designing training materials for colleagues at all levels throughout the company to help them excel at their roles. He worked on a variety of training initiatives, including cultural change and fostering inclusivity, developing financial acumen, and learning new software and tools. Previously, he worked as a Learning Specialist at Miami University, where he helped to stand up the Learning Resource Center’s first-ever instructional design initiatives. In this role, he focused on developing resources for the university’s most at-risk student populations in order to help them develop the skills to navigate the university structure and become successful learners.
