
Susan Ingber
Healthcare Researcher
Susan is an accomplished Public Health Analyst with extensive experience in health policy and program evaluation at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Since 2021, she has led the policy and issues management portfolio for the Division of Viral Hepatitis, overseeing complex projects involving Medicare and Medicaid policies, state-level laboratory testing regulations, and viral hepatitis program support. Susan has provided high-level strategic and technical assistance on policy analysis, legal epidemiology, and evaluation planning, while also serving in leadership roles such as Acting Team Lead and Associate Director for Policy and Communications. Her work has earned multiple CDC awards and contributed significantly to the Division’s mission, including developing national surveys, authoring key policy briefs, and co-authoring a peer-reviewed study on Medicaid access to Hepatitis C treatment.
Current Responsibility
As a Healthcare Researcher at Sellers Dorsey, Susan conducts research and meta-analyses on healthcare metrics related to quality, outcomes, access, and cost. She collaborates with the Data Analytic & Visualization team to integrate evidence-based insights into client-facing tools that support value-based care and informed decision-making.
