Steve has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a proven track record of growing high-performance teams and developing executive-client relationships. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Steve served as President of Interbit Data, a software company that provides solutions for health care business continuity and workflow automation to streamline clinical communications. At Interbit, Steve led the strategic direction for sales, marketing, business development, and product. He established vision and growth plans while developing relationships to gain access and awareness of the hospital and provider market. Prior to Interbit, he served as Vice President of Impact Advisors where he oversaw operations of multiple health care IT service lines. Previous executive leadership positions include posts at MEDITECH and Cerner (now Oracle) and consulting roles at Beacon Partners (now KPMG).
As Chief Growth Officer at Sellers Dorsey, Steve serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for the development and execution of growth initiatives focused on the hospital, health system and large provider market. He leads sales, marketing, and business development, including organic and inorganic growth. As CGO, Steve drives profitable revenue growth and helps the Firm achieve its growth objectives. He utilizes his 30+ years of industry knowledge, connections, and insights to identify new business opportunities with clients and maximize long-term relationships. Steve is responsible for magnifying Sellers Dorsey’s place and reputation in the marketplace and identifying new areas for expansion. He has a deep understanding of health care provider markets and plays an essential role in driving market awareness of the Firm’s services.
