Shawna brings a strong background in behavioral health policy and healthcare program management. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, she served as Deputy Director of Behavioral Health Policy, where she led strategic initiatives in collaboration with managed care organizations, stakeholders, and state agencies. She oversaw policy design, reimbursement strategies, and regulatory frameworks, and played a key role in securing CMS approval for Ohio’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) expansion. Prior to that, as Program Manager of Patient Navigation at the OSU Comprehensive Cancer Center, Shawna led efforts to improve care access and reduce barriers through innovative, grant-funded programs and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
