Patrick is an accomplished health care leader who has demonstrated success in producing measurable outcomes for numerous health care organizations over the last two decades. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Patrick served as the Medicaid Executive Director for the state of Louisiana. While working for the State, he led and oversaw the implementation of major technology systems and clinical system operations. Under his leadership, the State expanded access to services for pregnant, postpartum, and opioid-dependent individuals. Previously, Patrick served as a 340B System Executive at Catholic Health Initiatives, where he implemented an extensive contract pharmacy review, generating a 400% increase in revenue. Patrick has also held leadership roles at Colorado Access, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of State Health Services for the state of Texas.
