Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Moreno served as Senior Analyst of Acquisitions and Asset Management for Core Realty, Inc where he analyzed comps and market research with consideration of economic factors. While there, he created and distributed Offering Memos for the sale of up to $75 million. Prior to Core Realty, Moreno was the Acquisitions and Business Development Analyst for Zatos Investments LLC. There, he underwrote and analyzed potential acquisitions for deals valued up to $35 million and collaborated directly with the CFO to maintain accounting books and costs basis of each company.
Current Responsibility
As Financial Analyst at Sellers Dorsey, Moreno supports the firm’s management and accounting experts by analyzing data and providing reports to communicate critical information. He ensures that management has complete and accurate data so that the firm can achieve its financial and operational goals. Additionally, he prepares monthly profitability analysis reports for all projects and actively partners with management, accounting, and operations to improve internal reporting processes and timelines.Education
