
Meghan Greene
Consultant
Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Meghan was a Public Health Intern for the Medicaid Behavioral Health Division of the Maryland Department of Health. In this role, Meghan drafted State plan amendments, reports, policies, and procedures to support program operations. Additionally, she helped develop, coordinate, and implement projects requested by the Division’s leadership staff in behavioral health policy provided in the fee-for-service system. Previously, Meghan was also an intern for the Office of Congressman, David Cicilline, where she conducted research on legislative issues, attended Congressional hearings, and demonstrated a strong understanding of the legislative process and the role of Congress in representing constituents.
Current Responsibility
As an Associate Consultant for the Medicaid Finance practice, Meghan supports the Associate Directors, Senior Consultants, and Consultants of the Firm in delivering healthcare consulting services in areas such as Medicaid financing and policy, provider reimbursement, regulatory compliance, managed care, and general business development. Additionally, Meghan provides project management and research support to Medicaid finance initiatives, including coordinating and tracking action items across the team, preparing for internal and external meetings, and researching policies including state/federal laws and regulations related to healthcare.Education
