Mark has more than 20 years of experience in education and developing programs. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Mark was a Senior Manager of Application Training with United BioSource Corporation. He led teams and managed all application training and development and designed and developed processes to streamline training. He also delivered global web-based training and conducted performance improvement analysis to increase efficiency. Mark also held various roles at Temple University, including Adjunct Professor and Chief Technology Consultant. As an Adjunct Professor, Mark taught multiple subjects such as business ethics, use and abuse of power, and other criminal justice courses. He also served as Chief Technology Consultant, where he was responsible for developing multimedia presentations for online learning and created e-Learning and interactive CD ROMs for distance education. During his time at Temple University, Mark played a vital role in securing a $3 million contract to create online training programs to be used across the State for law enforcement. He earned his Doctorate in Education, specializing in Performance Improvement and Leadership at Capella University.


Current Responsibility

Using his expertise in creating eLearning, curriculum development, and blending learning, Mark works with the Vice President of Administration on designing and implementing valuable programs for the firm.
