Kevin is a goal-oriented consultant equipped with sharp data analysis skills and years of experience in accounting. Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Kevin served as Senior Consultant for Guidehouse where he managed and reviewed various CMS reporting financial services for the Arkansas Department of Human Services (AR DHS). Additionally, he designed, presented, and updated continuous improvement processes to meet CMS’ quarterly federal reporting requirements. Before Guidehouse, Kevin served as Senior Accountant for Myers and Stauffer, LC where he performed and reviewed CMS consulting services for Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services.

Current Responsibility

As Senior Consultant, Kevin ensures the timely and effective delivery of consulting services by leveraging policy and industry financial expertise in Medicaid financing and revenue maximization, as well as reimbursement and Medicaid managed care. Kevin is skilled at developing Medicaid financial models such as supplemental payments, direct payment programs, and provider taxes. He has extensive experience using large datasets to evaluate and extrapolate pertinent information to develop innovative solutions that meet clients’ unique Medicaid financing needs.
